It's no secret that shipping times are delayed.  

And for the foreseeable future, it's not likely to get any better.  

Don't despair though, you'll still get your goods eventually.  In the spirit of transparency, we wanted to pass on a few tips so that you can stay in the know.

If you're ordering hand sanitizer, expect it to take upwards of 10 business days, maybe more.

Hand sanitizer has to be shipped via parcel, which means it can only go on a truck due to its hazardous nature.  The processing times (by the postal service) for these take even longer - as they are currently being processed through Denver, CO - even if they are originating and ending in Utah.  Please be aware of this when ordering, and please have a little extra patience.  Here is the official statement we have received from the postal service below:  

The Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.

Since this is ground mail, it is sent directly to the NDC in Denver CO. We are experiencing delayed mail to and from this Highly Covid impacted sort center. It is taking longer than normal to get processed and returned to Utah.

When we ship your items, you are sent a tracking number.  We (Hippie Skin) typically process and ship your items within 1-2 business days.  This is a great way to keep tabs on your shipment - most are updated regularly.  If you do not see an update, please contact the postal service directly.  Once you receive a tracking number from us, the post office picks up packages the next day.  Once it leaves our facility, it's out of our control.  

If you're ordering Hippie Skin only, your transit time will be much shorter.

However, they are still experiencing delays, and the regular 1-2 business day transit time could be longer.  Again, just follow the tracking number sent to you from us once your item is shipped.
